I thought a bit of an icebreaker post would be good before I really get into it.

I do art, but by training I'm a physicist, so most of my skills I've self-taught, which always involves a lot of trial and error. Iteration is the spice of life: test, evaluate, and try again. It's all very scientific when you think about it.

That being said, I've always found tutorials, blog posts, and any other way people share their experiences very helpful. So! I will hereto record my own experiments, successes, and failures at the very least for my own record, but also for anyone who finds themself on this tiny bit of the internet. I hope in some way, it can be helpful to you too.
